Thank you! If you need any more info, just let me know. I don't know how to begin going about salvaging my memory card saves. The only issue I can figure is with this new Windows update. I haven't moved any of Dolphins files, other than copying my Memory Card A file. I tried copying it from the Program Files folder into the Documents folder. I found the Dolphin folder under Program Files, and under Documents.
I've tried running as admin, that didn't work. My save state is still there, but unfortunately that save state is a few hours behind where I left off, so I'd rather try and find my memory card saves. It gave me the prompt to create a save file, so I know it's detecting the memory card. I opened up Paper Mario Thousand Year Door, a game which I played several hours of, and it said that there was no save in Memory Card A. Except, after a big Windows 10 update, surprise surprise, things are acting up. Browse for slot B and select the newly created one. Browse for slot A and locate your exsisting save file with your save on it select. Start dolphin again and play Paper Mario stop the emulation. Hey guys, I've never emulated before in my life, and I really don't know what I'm doing, so please bear with me.Ī friend gave me Dolphin a little while ago and I've been having a blast with it. Delete everything from: C:\Users YOUR USER\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\GC.
